I found a lump
Within my breast,
I didn't go for the test,
I never thought it
Would happen to me
cos no ones got it in my family.
But as the lump grew in size
I thought to myself
I wont be surprised.
What the doctor finds lurking inside.
YES YOU GUESSED
I SHOULD HAVE GONE EARLIER
I SHOULD HAVE TOOK MORE CARE
AND BECAUSE I DIDNT
IM NOW HAVING

My sister penny
It was may the 28th when you were born
A lovely sister to call my own.
I could not wait for you to grow
Cos then I wouldn't be alone,
We shared our time growing up
We didn't really make a fuss.
Then we went our separate way
Marriage babies and the working day,
We didn't see each other much
But the phone was there so we kept in touch
When times are tough you are always there
God bless you sis I know you care.
You bring me presents to make me smile
And you always go that extra mile.
Now times are bad in health for me
I hope for you this will never be.
You will never know what you mean to me.
